These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fooodli mobile application (the "App"), operated by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Fooodli," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Fooodli account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information (name, phone number, city) during enrollment
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it
• Notify us immediately at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

3. What Fooodli Is — and Isn't

Fooodli is a discovery and coordination platform. We help you find restaurants, cinemas, malls, and coordinate group dining plans. Importantly:

• Fooodli does not own, operate, or control any restaurant, cinema, mall, or food court listed in the App
• Menu prices, availability, deals, and quality of food or service are the sole responsibility of the individual restaurant or venue
• Reservations and orders placed through the App are agreements between you and the restaurant — Fooodli facilitates the connection but is not a party to that transaction
• "Deals" and discounts surfaced through the Circle feature are offered directly by restaurants and are subject to their own confirmation, availability, and terms — Fooodli does not guarantee any specific price or offer will be honoured

4. The Circle Feature

Circle lets you coordinate group dining with friends. By using Circle, you understand and agree that:

• When you add a member to a Circle by phone number, you confirm you have their permission to do so
• Bill-splitting features are a coordination and record-keeping tool between you and your Circle members — Fooodli is not a payment processor, escrow service, or guarantor of any payment between Circle members. Any actual transfer of money happens outside the App, between individuals, and Fooodli bears no responsibility for non-payment or disputes between Circle members
• Circle deal negotiations with restaurants (the "Ping for deals" feature) are facilitations only — the restaurant's confirmation is what creates any binding offer, not the App itself

5. Food Court Ordering

When you place an order through the Food Court feature, that order is with the individual food stall(s), not with Fooodli. Fooodli facilitates a unified cart and collection point as a convenience; food quality, preparation, and fulfilment remain the stall's responsibility.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or provide false information
• Add phone numbers of people without their consent
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Post or transmit reviews, comments, or content that is false, defamatory, or misleading

7. Content You Submit

Any comments, reviews, or notes you add within Circles or elsewhere in the App remain yours, but you grant Fooodli a licence to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the feature it was submitted for (e.g., showing your Circle comment to other Circle members).

8. Intellectual Property

The Fooodli name, logo, design, and App code are the property of [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission. Restaurant names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification/discovery purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fooodli and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to disputes between Circle members, restaurant service issues, or reliance on information shown in the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR CITY], India.
